About us

We are Massimiliano and Laura, and our story began over 20 years ago, in 2004, when we started making amaretti for a renowned Piedmontese company. There, we learned all the secrets of the trade, from traditional production methods to the careful selection of ingredients.

From tradition to innovation: our story with amaretti

It is 2016, and we make the decision to found our own company, moving to Incisa Scapaccino with the aim of introducing amaretti to audiences beyond Italy’s borders, in a larger, more welcoming space where even the most curious visitors can follow the production process. We keep the traditional amaretti recipe we learned in 2004, but give it a modern touch by completely revamping the design.

Our amaretti are made exclusively with genuine ingredients: sugar, almonds, apricot kernels and egg whites, in accordance with the most time-honoured traditions. They are available in a range of flavours; in addition to classic amaretti, we also produce varieties with candied orange, dark chocolate chips, freeze-dried black cherries, hazelnuts, candied lemon, freeze-dried coffee and pistachio.

We are proud to offer products free from preservatives, flavourings and gluten, ensuring an authentic and wholesome taste experience. Every bite of our amaretti will take you back in time, letting you savour a sweet rooted in tradition.
