We are Massimiliano and Laura, artisans of flavour since 2004. We craft our amaretti the traditional way, with an eye to the future.
From the Piedmont workshop where it all began to our bakery in Incisa Scapaccino, every amaretto we make carries a story of carefully selected ingredients, cherished recipes, and true dedication. Come and discover who we really are.
Enjoy them dipped in your morning coffee, alongside a cup of tea for a sweet break, or after a meal with a glass of wine. They’re also perfect as an ingredient in spoon desserts such as mousses and semifreddi, as well as in cakes and tarts.
Furthermore, in Piedmontese tradition, classic amaretti are used not only in desserts such as bunet or stuffed peaches, but also in savory dishes, including the traditional Piedmontese mixed fry and tortelli filled with pumpkin and amaretti.
